Party

Please note:

• $100 booking fee required to reserve booking. Refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the event, after this time it can be used as a gift voucher if the party is cancelled.
• Final numbers and payment required 3 days before event. (we may ask for indicative number prior to this time). Full names of attendees will be required.
• Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance. Private parties require 2 week’s notice.
• Access for decorating will be welcome 15 minutes prior to booking time.
• Party times are strictly 2 hours (this is to allow the next party to run on time).
• All general rules must be followed for safety.
• Grip socks must be worn on equipment.
• Birthday cake is the only food permitted. Delights menu can be included in catering for parents and must be pre ordered or parents can order themselves off the café menu on the day.
• Please inform us of any dietary requirements prior to attending so all can be catered for easily on the day.
• If party rooms are booked, please contact us and the party may be held in main seating area.
• Children must be supervised at all times by the adult that signed them in.
• Siblings are welcome! If they are not in the party list. Their parents can pay the regular entry fee on arrival and purchase food off the café menu on the day.
• Rough or dangerous play is unsafe for all and is strictly prohibited. Attendees displaying unsafe behavior will be warned and then asked to leave to prevent injury to themselves and others.
